Digital product
Polis: a space for shared decisions
A workspace that brings research, arguments, decisions and next steps together in one clear context.

Challenge
Create a digital product for teams making complex decisions together. Research often sits apart from discussion, arguments get lost in messages, and decisions become disconnected from the actions that follow. Polis should preserve the entire process and make it accessible to everyone involved.
Idea
The product is built around a context map. It reveals the question, collected research, participants’ positions and connections between arguments. As in an ancient polis, a shared decision emerges from the visible structure of a conversation.
Solution
The context map is the starting point. From there, participants explore research and arguments, then move into focused discussions. The decision journal records the outcome, the reasons behind it, the alternatives and the people responsible for the next steps. A responsive design system preserves this logic across large work screens, tablets and phones.
Outcome
The result is a unified space for thoughtful shared decisions. Research continues beyond a report, arguments remain available after a meeting, decisions retain their reasoning, and every next step stays connected to the shared purpose.
